Informations on our workflow and conditions.

We like to present all the houses we showcase from their best side, so the entries should be up-to-date and appealing.
That's why we continuously review existing entries and check whether updates and additions are necessary. We receive new pictures and content updates from our partners every week.

Your entry is scheduled for an update?
Here is some information about the procedure and conditions:

When do we update an entry?

A) We update an entry when we receive new pictures or new information about the house.

B) We update an entry if we notice that this is necessary because texts or pictures do no longer meet our standards. It is our decision whether to update an entry or not.

What is happens when we update an entry?

- Our text editor checks the text, makes adjustments or prepares a new text if necessary.
- The translator edits the new text.
- Our online production creates a new picture selection, edits the files and updates the entry.
- The PR updates the material on our press server.

We only edit what is necessary.

Which pictures are used for an update?

We usually use as the most current pictures available to us.
Please send any new pictures that are not yet available to us to include in the update.

Fees for updating and changing entries

We charge for updating entries according to the time needed. Details can be found in our terms and conditions.
The minimum time is one hour, usually we can cope with this, But the process may take longer.
We will send our invoice after finishing the update.
