New entries (new listings and the first 6 months)
For a new entry, our starter package initially includes a term of 6 months. After the first 6 months, the prices for ongoing entries apply.
We differentiate between entries for accommodation in our ‘Houses’ section and entries for event venues / event spaces in our ‘Spaces’ section. The costs depend on the size of the accommodation / space:

For new entries, this also includes editorial work and the preparation of image material for our press section. Each new property is introduced to our readers via newsletter and social media, reaching a circulation of around 30,000 people.
Our booking tool can be used free of charge for the first 6 months.
Entries (ongoing entries after the first 6 months)
The following prices apply to entries after the first 6 months. Prices for new listings can be found in the corresponding section.

The following exceptions apply to the above prices:
- For partners that have several entries, there is a 20% discount on the annual fees. The discount does not apply to agencies / tour operators that do not own the featured properties.
- Houses that rent out "low budget" receive a discount of up to 50% on the entry.
- A free entry is possible for non-profit organizations.
- Accommodations with higher than average prices pay a 50% surcharge.
There is no subscription or similar. All partners decide every 12 months whether they wish to continue to be listed. Further information on the duration of the entries is given below.
Request form in the entry
Each entry is linked to the homepage of the respective accommodation. However, we do not link to booking portals. If a property does not have its own homepage, we can add a booking form to the entry, which can be used to send booking requests by e-mail. The fee for this is €120 / year.
Advertising
We offer advertising on our landing page (examples of the formats can be found here):
- Half width ad: €300 / week (image + text)
- Full width ad: €600 / week (reel or image + text)
Reel: also used as a post in reel format on Instagram
From 4 weeks with the same advertising -20% (same ad format)
For houses of category XL or bigger, +50%.
Advertising in the time period from mid-December to mid-February +50%.
HomeStories (Advertorial + Newsletter + Social media)
HomeStories are online-advertorials with detailed text and pictures. As well-prepared material for the press, they are an interesting alternative to classic press releases.
The fee per HomeStory is €2.500. This includes the text creation, translation, publication and communication via newsletter / social media. For HomeStories with travel expenses, we prepare an individual offer.
ShortStories (Short Advertorial + Newsletter + Social media)
ShortStories are online-advertorials with limited text and only a few pictures. The fee per ShortStory is €1.500. This includes text creation, translation, publication and communication via newsletter / social media.
Revisions of entries / consulting / PR / support / other services at cost
We charge for our services on a time basis of €120 / h, min. 1 h.
Different conditions apply for the consultation of non-URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR projects.
Real estate
In our Real estate section, we present properties for sale or projects for which investors etc. are sought. An entry including distribution via our newsletter and social media costs €850 for URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR partners. The real estate entry remains online for up to one year.
For other projects, prices start from €1.500 per entry/property, we will prepare an individual offer.
Booking tool
The URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR booking tool is a web-based software for managing bookings and communicating with guests. The tool is tailored to partners with holiday homes/apartments who are looking for a compact rental management system that is suitable for everyday use. The booking tool is independent of our existing websites and is optional for all partners. The following fees apply:
- €240 / 12 months for a single accommodation
- €360 / 12 months for 2–5 accommodations
- €600 / 12 months for 6 and more accommodations
These prices are independent of the number of bookings.
The booking tool can be used free of charge for new entries during the first 6 months, and for other test accounts for 14 days.

Value added tax
All prices quoted are net prices plus VAT.
We must issue invoices to recipients in EU countries who have an EU VAT ID number with reverse-charge. This means that the invoices are issued without tax and the recipients pay the tax in their home country. If you have a corresponding ID, please let us know in advance.
Renewal of entries
An entry ends automatically at the end of a calendar year (or after 6 months for new entries). Renewal is only possible by mutual agreement. The payment of the invoice fee is considered as acceptance for the following period.
Scope of services for entries
The fees for entries include the presentation on our online portal. We reserve the rights to edit the entries. This includes the texts, the image selection and the layout.
Revision & update of entries (editing images / texts) will be charged additionally according to the time needed.
Entries will be revised if there are changes to the content or if new image material is available. We continuously review existing entries and revise them where necessary. Details and further information -> Revision & update of entries
For support and other services, we charge according to time needed. This also applies to our services in case of guest inquiries or complaints.
Required information
We can only present houses if the necessary material and information is available for the presentation. The requirements for these (e.g. pictures, text, plans, availability data, etc.) are subject to change.

Availability data for accommodations
The entry contains a calendar that shows the availability. For this calendar, we need the respective availability data. Our booking tool is one option that can be used to provide this data.

Entries for which we do not have up-to-date availability data only have limited/reduced visibility. They are not displayed in the search results and are shown as unavailable.
Exclusion criteria
We curate our website and make sure that the entries give our readers an accurate impression of the featured accommodation and spaces. Should we become aware of circumstances that suggest that the representation of the house does not correspond to the actual circumstances, we can point this out in the entry; the legal possibility of extraordinary cancellation remains unaffected.
Availability for advertising and advertorials
Advertising, HomeStories and ShortStories are only offered on fixed dates and depending on availability. We are pleased to inform you about available dates on request.
Trademarks
"URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR" and "HOLIDAYARCHITECTURE" are registered, protected trademarks. The use of our trademarks, as well as the use of our logo, is only possible for houses as long as we present them as an entry on our portal. Any intended use must be agreed and confirmed by us in advance. Logos may only be used in the current, up-to-date version.

With this price list, our previous prices and conditions become invalid. Errors and changes are reserved. All prices are valid under the reservation that URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR has the required information, data and documents.
