Transfer of availability data to URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR
Our readers want to know when your house or apartment is still available and a booking request makes sense. We therefore need the availability data of all accommodations.
The availability is then displayed in your entry as a calendar, and the portal's search function can be used to search for free periods.
There will be NO changes to the booking process: Guests book directly with you - we do not handle any bookings!
There are different ways to make your booking data available for URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR:
ical links of availability data
ical is the international standard protocol for the exchange of calendar data. The ical link is similar to a web address; we can use this link to regularly retrieve your availability data. We need a separate ical link for each accommodation (e.g. each individual apartment).
For larger hotels, one ical link per room category is also possible if there are several room categories.
You use a booking / management software
For current software, ical links of the bookings are now standard. Just send us the icallinks.
You use a calendar
For calendars like Apple/iCloud Calendar, Outlook/Office 365 or Google calendar, ical links are also available. Here is an example of how to set up Apple/iCloud Calendar :
– create a calendar per accommodation
– activate the function "public calendar" and send us the displayed URL
You use our booking tool
For all accommodations that use our booking tool, we can access the availability data directly. If you want to use our booking tool, please contact us. We can also set up a test account for you if you like.
What happens if no availability data is available?
We can't feature houses that can't provide us with availability data.
In case of any temporary problems with availability data: Entries have limited visibility in this case; they are not displayed in the search results or are shown as unavailable.
