Every day we receive enquiries and submissions from people who would like their holiday home/apartment/hotel to be presented on the URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR platform.
We can only accept a small number of these submissions. What are the reasons for not receiving a positive feedback?
Due to the large number of submissions, we are often unable to respond in detail and in a timely manner. The selection process may take several months. Of course, you are welcome to check back after a few months.
Currently we are only accepting holiday homes / hotels in Europe.
In this case, you applied too early. Please contact us again once the building is finished and photos are available. We only consider an submission after a holiday accommodation has been completed.

We need photo material to get an impression of your place. These need not be professional photos at first, but we need pictures to understand the building, the location and the interiors. This applies in particular if there is no website of the holiday home.
It may happen that we do not accept new accommodations in certain regions for a few months.
We only accept holiday accommodations that are rented out for the majority of the year. We do not present holiday homes that are only rented out for a few weeks of the year, for example.
At URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR you will find accommodation that can usually be booked directly with the landlord. If you only rent out through tour operators, booking platforms or marketing agencies, this is not suitable. It should be possible to rent directly from the landlord or a local partner with personal customer service.
We need to have direct contact with the house/hotel
For the selection process and the membership with URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR we need the direct contact to the respective owner. If communication is only possible via PR- or marketing agencies, it doesn't fit.
We carry out a background check for every new holiday home and review where we find the accommodation on the Internet and what the environment and presentation is like — just as a guest would probably do.
We receive many more submissions for holiday accommodations than we can present. That is why we have to make a selection. This selection is sometimes difficult and time-consuming. Of course, you are welcome to ask again after a few months or inform us if there is any additional information about your place.

Based on the information available to us, we are not sure whether the accommodation suits our portfolio. In these cases we visit the houses. Sometimes it can take a while before we can suggest an appointment for this viewing.
