- Assign a new password for your account in the Settings.
- Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates about the booking tool.

Our video tutorials can help you get to know the booking tool. On request, we can also schedule an onboarding call with Teams or Zoom and give you a brief overview of the booking tool’s features.
How you get started with the booking tool depends on whether you are new to renting or already have some experience:
- If you are new to renting, please find our recommendations for the first steps below.
- If you are already renting out your property, you need to decide whether you want to transfer existing guest and booking data; please contact us to discuss this.
Step 1
- Create the Properties or complete the data.
- Enter blocked time periods in the calendar for which you do not want to rent out.
- Set up the settings for sending emails so that messages can be sent.
- Create message templates according to your booking process or customize our standard templates accordingly.
Step 2
- Create a pricing model or several pricing models for accommodations with different prices.
Step 3
- Create availability calendars and booking forms under Integrations and integrate them to your website.
If you are new to renting, we recommend planning the setup step by step over a few weeks. New landlords usually need some time to gain experience with the booking procedure.
Booking requests can be made by email at the beginning, but the guest and booking details must then be entered manually into the booking tool.
