The booking tool has different types of entries:
Before creating bookings or events, the guest must always be created first or already exist.
Bookings and events always have a status:
- requested
- booked
- canceled
In the booking overview, the entries are displayed in different colors:
- Bookings
- booked
- requested
- overlapping requested booking
- Blocked time periods
- Blocked time period from ical-import
- Events
The colors used for each type can be customized in the settings.
Requested bookings are NOT displayed in the external availability calendar on your website and in the calendar in the URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR entry. In both calendars, bookings and blocked periods are not differentiated, but simply displayed as unavailable periods.
All entries (bookings, blocked periods, events) have a unique ID, the booking number. The number is assigned by the system and cannot be changed.
