The following status is possible for each booking:
- Requested – the booking is not yet binding; it is displayed in the booking overview, but not in the availability calendar on your website
- Booked – the booking is confirmed; it is displayed in the booking overview and in the availability calendar on your website
- Cancelled – the booking is cancelled; it is neither displayed in the booking overview nor in the calendar on your website
In the booking overview, bookings are displayed in different colors depending on their status. The colors can be customized in the settings.
If Allow overlapping requested bookings is activated in the Settings in the Check routines section, several requested bookings can be entered for a period.
Overlapping requested periods are displayed with a red bar in the booking overview (default color, customizable in the settings). As soon as a booking is confirmed for a period and receives the status booked, the other overlapping bookings are automatically cancelled and receive the status cancelled.
