New entries
New listings and the first 6 months
For a new entry, our starter package initially includes a term of 6 months. After the first 6 months, the prices for ongoing entries apply.
We distinguish between listings for accommodations in our โHousesโ section and listings for event venues/event spaces in our โSpacesโ section. The costs are based on the size of the accommodation/space:

For new entries, this also includes editorial work and the preparation of image material for our press section. Each new property is introduced to our readers via newsletter and social media.
Our booking tool can be used free of charge during the first 6 months.
Ongoing entries
Entries (ongoing entries after the first 6 months)
The following prices apply to entries after the first 6 months. Prices for new listings can be found in the corresponding section.
We differentiate between entries for accommodation in our โHousesโ section and entries for venues / event spaces in our โSpacesโ section. The costs depend on the size of the accommodation / space:

- For owners with multiple current listings (multiple accommodations or multiple spaces) -20%.
- Accommodations with overnight rates starting at EUR 350/night and unit during peak season + 50%.
- Large apartments or group houses for more than 8 people are billed as guest houses/hotels according to the number of rooms.
There is no subscription or similar. All partners decide every 12 months whether they wish to continue to be listed. Further information on the duration of the entries is given below.
Request form in the entry
If a property does not have its own homepage, we can add a booking form to the entry, which can be used to send booking requests by e-mail. The fee for this is โฌ120 / year.
Advertising
We offer advertising on our landing page (examples of the formats can be found here):
- Half width ad: โฌ300 / week (image + text)
- Full width ad: โฌ600 / week (reel or image + text)
Reel: also used as a post in reel format on Instagram
From 4 weeks with the same advertising -20% (same ad format)
For houses of category XL or bigger, +50%.
Advertising in the time period from mid-December to mid-February +50%.
Real estate
In our Real estate section, we present houses that are for sale or projects that are looking for investors or co-owners. An entry, including distribution via newsletter and social media, costs โฌ850. The term of the real estate entry is up to 12 months.
Separate conditions apply for non-URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR projects, starting at โฌ1,500 per unit/house. We will prepare an individual quote for you.
Booking tool
The URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR booking tool is a web-based software for managing properties and bookings. The tool is tailored to partners with holiday homes/apartments who are looking for a compact rental management system that is suitable for everyday use. The booking tool is independent of our existing websites and is optional for all partners. The following fees apply:
- โฌ240 / 12 months for a single accommodation
- โฌ360 / 12 months for 2โ5 accommodations
- โฌ600 / 12 months for 6 and more accommodations
These prices are independent of the number of bookings.
The booking tool can be used free of charge for new entries during the first 6 months, and for other test accounts for 14 days.

Further conditions and information
Value added tax
All prices quoted are net prices plus VAT.
We must issue invoices to recipients in EU countries who have an EU VAT ID number with reverse-charge. This means that the invoices are issued without tax and the recipients pay the tax in their home country. If you have a corresponding ID, please let us know in advance.
Renewal of entries
An entry ends automatically at the end of a calendar year (or after 6 months for new entries). Renewal is only possible by mutual agreement. The payment of the invoice fee is considered as acceptance for the following period.
If the property is sold or the landlord / operator changes, the entry ends. We will then refund the partial amount of the fee for the entry for the remaining term.
Scope of services for entries
The fees for entries include the presentation on our online portal. We reserve the rights to edit the entries. This includes the texts, the image selection and the layout.
Each entry is linked to the homepage of the respective accommodation. However, we do not link to booking portals.
Revision & update of entries (editing images / texts) will be charged additionally according to the time needed.
Entries will be revised if there are changes to the content or if new image material is available. We continuously review existing entries and revise them where necessary.
Required information
We can only present houses if the necessary material and information is available for the presentation. The requirements for these (e.g. pictures, text, plans, availability data, etc.) are subject to change.

If a rental is subject to local permits, we require the relevant certificates and registration numbers.
In order to present accommodations/spaces up to date, we require information in the event of any changes. This applies to all changes to the buildings, architecture, and design, as well as changes to services, offerings, and prices.
Availability data for accommodations
The entry contains a calendar that shows the availability. For this calendar, we need the respective availability data. Our booking tool is one option that can be used to provide this data.

Entries for which we do not have up-to-date availability data only have limited/reduced visibility. They are not displayed in the search results and are shown as unavailable.
Additional services
Additional services that go beyond the presentation of entries are charged additionally at โฌ120/hour, min. 1 hour. This applies, for example, to:
- Revision and updates of entries (e.g. text adjustments, photo adjustments)
- HomeStories / ShortStories (advertorials)
- Time spend for handling enquiries or complaints from guests and readers
- Time spent on required information
- Consulting services and PR
- Tracking data evaluation, Statistics on entries and ads (views, visits, clicks, etc.).

We are happy to provide a separate quote in advance for HomeStories / ShortStories (advertorials) and more extensive consulting services. Separate terms and conditions apply to consulting services for non-URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR projects.
Exclusion criteria
We curate our website and make sure that the entries give our readers an accurate impression of the featured accommodation and spaces. Should we become aware of circumstances that suggest that the representation of the house does not correspond to the actual circumstances, we can point this out in the entry; the legal possibility of extraordinary cancellation remains unaffected.
Availability for advertising and advertorials
Advertising, HomeStories and ShortStories are only offered on fixed dates and depending on availability. We are pleased to inform you about available dates on request.
Trademarks
“URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR” and “HOLIDAYARCHITECTURE” are registered, protected trademarks. The use of our trademarks, as well as the use of our logo, is only possible for houses as long as we present them as an entry on our portal. Any intended use must be agreed and confirmed by us in advance. Our logos may only be used in the latest, valid version and may not be changed.

Events
The following applies to events organized by URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR (e.g., partner meetings or “Stammtisch” get-togethers):
- The number of participants at events is limited; only those whose registration has been confirmed may attend.
- URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR reserves the right to change the event program and to cancel events.
- Unless a different cancellation policy is specified for an event, the following applies: Registered participants may cancel their participation free of charge up to 30 days before the event begins. In the event of a later cancellation, the full cost of the event will be charged.

With this price list, our previous prices and conditions become invalid. Errors and changes are reserved. All prices are valid under the reservation that URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR has the required information, data and documents.
