Our readers give us very, very strong feedback that they want to see on the UA website whether accommodations are still available in certain time periods and where an enquiry makes sense. We understand this, especially since bookings are often made at short notice, especially in the current situation.

In the last couple of years, we have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from readers asking us for information about the availability of UA houses.

Using the search function on www.urlaubsarchitektur.de it is possible to search for free periods, and in the house listings we show the availability of the houses by means of a calendar.

Since the beginning of 2021, the submission of availability data is mandatory for all UA houses. For entries that do not provide us with availability data, we charge an additional 50% of the annual fee in 2022. Details can also be found in our prices and conditions.
