Some important information about the partner meeting:

• The number of participants of the partner meeting is limited, only persons with a registration confirmed by us can participate. Max. 2 persons can register per house/organization.
• Travel and transfer between the venues will take place individually.
• Accommodation shall be booked individually.
• Please note that due to Porto’s unique topography, the city features many hills and uneven streets. Participants should be prepared for some demanding walking conditions during tours and site visits.
• The meeting will be held in English.
• It may be necessary to adjust the program; exact times and meeting points will be announced two weeks before the event.

Porto offers a lot of interesting architecture that should be visited individually:

• The historic city center of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
• Casa da Música – designed by OMA
• Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Serralves (Museum of Contemporary Art, Álvaro Siza Vieira) – currently featuring an exhibition on Aires Mateus (until 19 April 2026) – and the TreeTop Walk in Serralves Park
• Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP) – Álvaro Siza Vieira
• Burgo Tower (Torre Burgo) – Eduardo Souto de Moura
• Metro do Porto Stations – Eduardo Souto de Moura

Accommodation shall be booked individually.

The participation fee is approximately €500 per person + tax.
This includes: Welcome evening on Friday, Dinner on Saturday, Organization of the meeting

We will send corresponding invoices to the participants after the event.

Accommodation, transfer and further catering have to be organized individually and are not included in the mentioned costs.

Cancellations: If participants cancel after 01.01.2026, the full entry fee is charged.
