Under Properties, you find an overview of your accommodations:
Properties can be grouped; each property can belong to several groups. Groups of properties can be more easily filtered and evaluated in the overviews.
Clicking on a property takes you to the detailed data:
- Position can be used to define the position in which a property is displayed in the tables of the booking tool.
- Name of the property is the full name used in communications with the guest (e.g., “Lake View House, First Floor Apartment No. 1”).
- Short name is the internal name in the booking tool (e.g., “Apartment 1”).
- Each property can be assigned to a Pricing model. If a pricing model is stored, the rental price for a booking is calculated automatically.
If NO pricing model is assigned, the rental price for a booking can be entered manually. A pricing model must be stored to use booking forms for a property - If a property is no longer available for rent, it can be marked as deactivated. The property will then no longer appear in the overviews in the booking tool, new bookings can’t be created. Historical bookings for this property will be retained.
